Door closed, key inside. Mr. Chammas contacted by phone. 20 minutes later the door was opened. Super fast service, very friendly and still at an affordable price. Absolutely recommendable. I would give 10* if it were possible. Thank you.

I had a letterbox key made. My wife picked it up and two copies. Unfortunately, they didn't match. We went together to complain. In the end, we were exposed as liars. The gentleman found that the keys were similar, but not identical. He thought, however, that his machine could only make exact copies, no mistakes. A confusion with bowls from other customers was also categorically excluded. If someone else comes tomorrow, who received my letterbox key, he will probably be treated similarly. I am not concerned with this bad rating for the 19.80 €, the times are easy, but for the store there in this treatment. 19.80 €? We get to your prices of 7.80 € per key to 19.80 €? Not a bad lot. The woman did not get a bill for it either. Yes, she definitely got a bill for it last time. That was something I recommended in the photocopy, but if she decided to give it to me.)

I found it questionable that the key was made so quickly. When I held the key next to the original I was surprised because the sacks were identical. In the end, the duplicate did not fit and unfortunately you can not return it.
